Making an Offer:

To make an offer on a property listed on our website, you have two options:

1. Make Offer Online: Visit the property listing page and click on the “Make Offer” button. Enter the address and offer information in the provided fields. Once submitted, our team will review your offer.
2. Email Offer: Send your offer details, including the property address and offer information, to offers@reivesti.com. Our team will process your offer and respond accordingly.

Contract and Closing Process:

If your offer is accepted, a Contract will be delivered electronically for your review and signature. Please ensure that the Contract is executed by the final buyer within 24 hours. Our third-party title company will then contact you to facilitate the closing process. Within 24 hours of executing the purchase agreement, the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) must be wired to the title company.

Violation of Rules:

Please note that all buyers are strictly prohibited from contacting any sellers directly. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate blacklisting from the platform, with no opportunity to regain access.
